Meghan Markle Gives Thanks to Harry and Kids in As Ever Newsletter

Meghan Markle is thankful for family this holiday season.
“From my family to yours, wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving!” the Duchess of Sussex, 44, wrote in her As Ever newsletter, sent out on Thursday, November 27. “I am so thankful for your support and warmth as we’ve grown As Ever throughout the year, and the way in which you’ve invited this collection to be a part of your home.”
She continued, “Being able to play a small role in your memories, family moments, special celebrations, and daily routines is not lost on me — from the jam you layer onto morning toast or slather onto PB&J for your kids’ lunchboxes; the honey you stir into your tea; the candle you light to welcome the day or to close it out with a cozy bath; the bottle of bubbles you pop to celebrate; or the wine you sip as you toast your loved ones — you’ve invited us in.”
Meghan noted that she was “privileged” to know that her brand “gets a seat at the table” with her consumers. She also offered a shoutout to her husband, Prince Harry, and their kids, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4.
“Please know that as I look around my home and see my husband and children, family, dear friends (and also navigate the timing on the turkey and the love and layers that come with hostessing) — I feel very grateful. For this adventure of life, for the love and support — and for you.”
Her message concluded, “Wishing you a Thanksgiving with full hearts and full bellies. Thank you for supporting As Ever. It really does mean the world to me.”
Meghan launched her brand earlier this year, and has found continued success with several product drops over the past few months. She also showcased several of her products (notably, the flower sprinkles) in her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, which is gearing up to air its holiday special on Wednesday, December 3.
Meghan’s Thanksgiving newsletter comes one day after she and Harry, 41, stepped out for a rare appearance with their kids. The couple stepped out in Los Angeles for an Archewell Foundation event and prepared and packaged meals for members of the community who are experiencing food insecurity.
“As the season of giving begins, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, alongside the Archewell team, joined Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA) to prepare and package meals for community members experiencing food insecurity,” a statement on Wednesday, November 26 read. “OBKLA is a community-run nonprofit kitchen that brings people together to prepare and distribute fresh, high-quality meals for Angelenos facing hardship.”
Meghan and Harry scooped cookie dough alongside their kids, whose faces were hidden from the cameras. However, Lili’s long red hair was pulled back in a braid as she stood alongside her mom.
“The meals prepared will reach local schools, shelters, senior centers, and other community organizations serving our neighbors in need,” Wednesday’s statement continued. “The Archewell Foundation remains committed to putting compassion into action—serving and uplifting communities locally and globally.”
