Ashley Iaconetti Details All Her Cosmetic Procedures, Botox Treatments

Bachelor Nation’s Ashley Iaconetti has never been shy — and now she’s spilling the tea on which cosmetic procedures she’s had.

“I love my masseter botox so much,” Iaconetti, 37, told cohost Ben Higgins on the Monday, December 1, episode of their “Almost Famous” podcast when the topic of cosmetic surgery came up. “It really creates a totally different face for me.”

The former Bachelor in Paradise star explained that masseter botox, which is injecting Botox into the masseter muscle of your jaw, makes her look “so much more feminine” and “narrow” around her face.

“It’ll narrow your jaw because without it, of course I like my face without it too, but it’s a lot boxier,” Iaconetti said. “It goes from like a square to a little bit more hearty.”

As the cohosts talked about how transparent celebrities have become when it comes to body modifications, particularly plastic surgery, Iaconetti decided to break down everything she’s had done.

“So obviously I do botox in my forehead, [but I] only need to do it like twice a year,” she shared, joking, “I don’t know my forehead is really trained to not move so much, I guess. Because, before botox, holy crap!”

Iaconetti, who is set to appear on the inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island in 2026, said masseter botox is part of her beauty regiment.

“I have my lips filled,” she continued, noting that the procedure is only “once every other year” or year and a half.

Iaconetti said she’s had her undereyes “filled a little bit just for a little divot.” She explained to Higgins, 36, that since she doesn’t have “bad dark circles” under her eyes she doesn’t need filler in that spot as often.

“I do have filler in my temples, which I need to actually get evened out. They’re a little awkward right now, they’re a little off,” she laughed. “I have the tiniest bit of filler right now and like on my cheekbone. Just a couple of little drops.”

The reality star added that she goes “back and forth on what I do again and what I don’t do again,” telling listeners that she is “pretty happy” with her current beauty routine.

Iaconetti then remembered that she does chin filler as well, calling it her “big filler.”

“If I really could only do two things, it would always be the forehead tox and the chin filler, and then No. 3 would probably be the jaw tox,” she shared.

Iaconetti previously opened up about her love of botox in February, sharing via her Instagram Story, “Well, forever and always [my] #1 [is] forehead tox.”

She teased, “Botox is like saying the brand name Kleenex for tissue.”

Iaconetti recalled at the time recently undergoing NeoGen PSR (Plasma Skin Regeneration), which is described as a non-invasive skin treatment targeting acne scarring and promoting collagen production.

“I just did NeoGenPSR last month at @aiyanaatelier. It’s supposed to take six months to see full results, but basically, it’s the ultimate collagen booster,” she said at the time. “I feel like, despite [my son] Hayden getting me up three times per night, I’m still looking fresh and youthful lately.”

Iaconetti shares sons Dawson, 3, and Hayden, 16 months, with her husband, Jared Haibon, whom she wed in 2019 after meeting on season 2 of BiP.
