Brooklyn Beckham Calls Wife Nicola His Everything After Blocking Parents

Brooklyn Beckham made it clear how important his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, is to him after allegedly blocking parents David and Victoria Beckham on Instagram.

Brooklyn, 26, took to Instagram on Wednesday, December 24, to share a photo of him holding Nicola’s hand, writing, “My everything x.” The picture showed a tattoo on Brooklyn’s hand that read “beautiful girl Nicola.”

The sweet social media post came after Brooklyn’s brother Cruz Beckham accused him of blocking their parents. Eagle-eyed social media users noticed on Saturday, December 20, that David, 50, and Victoria, 51, were no longer following Brooklyn or Nicola, 30.

“NOT TRUE,” Cruz, 20, wrote alongside a screenshot of Daily Mail’s coverage, which claimed it was an unfollow on David and Victoria’s end. “My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I.”

Over the years, stars including Jennette McCurdy and Macaulay Culkin have discussed hitting rock bottom with their parents. Jennette broke down the abuse she faced because of her mother, Debra McCurdy, in her memoir, I Am Glad My Mom Died. “Of course, there are moments where I fantasize that my mom would’ve apologized or that […]

David and Victoria still follow their sons Cruz and Romeo Beckham, while their daughter, daughter Harper, does not have Instagram. Brooklyn, meanwhile, only keeps up with an Instagram account for brother Romeo’s photography but is no longer following his brothers’ official accounts. Nicola also does not follow her brothers-in-law.

Us Weekly reached out for comment at the time but Brooklyn and Nicola have not yet acknowledged the most recent headlines about the ongoing tension between them and David and Victoria. Brooklyn and Nicola originally sparked rumors that they were on the outs with the rest of the family after they skipped David’s birthday party in March.

A source exclusively told Us at the time that the couple largely avoided the event to not interact with Romeo’s then-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, who was previously linked to Brooklyn.

“David and Victoria are over it,” a source noted. “They’ve thrown in the towel over the whole thing.”

At the time, the insider also claimed that Brooklyn and Nicola wanted “special treatment” from his parents, who allegedly prefer to “treat everyone the same and approach life like a family.”

The rumors about a rift initially started after Brooklyn and Nicola’s 2022 nuptials, when the bride didn’t wear a gown designed by her now-mother-in-law. Victoria and David have not publicly addressed the alleged falling out. Despite the tension, Davis showed his appreciation for his kids in June with a Father’s Day post.

“My most important & favorite job in life is being a dad,” David captioned the post, tagging sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz’s Instagram accounts. “I’m so proud of all of you and like daddy (sorry boys) tells you every single day, I will always be here for you no matter what. Mummy, thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad. Happy Father’s Day. I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.”

David and Victoria Beckham’s family has had its fair share of good times and low points. The couple tied the knot in 1999, the same year they welcomed their first son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. David and Victoria later expanded their family with sons Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively. […]

Victoria, meanwhile, called her husband the “best daddy” to their four children in her own post, writing, “You always lead with love and our four beautiful children are a reflection of that. We all love you so so much!!”

More recently, Brooklyn was asked about the estrangement.

“Everyone is always going to say rubbish,” he told the Daily Mail in September. “I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It’s good fun.”

Brooklyn credited his wife for standing by his side, adding, “There’s always going to be people saying negative things but I have a very supportive wife. Me and her, we just do our thing. We just keep our heads down and work. And we’re happy.”

An insider subsequently told Us in October that Brooklyn was not interested in fixing his relationship with his family.

“Brooklyn has no interest in mending things at this time,” the source shared. “He’s really focused on living a peaceful, drama-free life with Nicola. They’ve built their own world together and are very content in it. They want to let things settle naturally rather than trying to fix something that still feels tense.”
