Claudia Winkleman’s cosy wrist warmers are a great gift

When it comes to winter style, I think Claudia Winkleman is the queen of cosy dressing. From oversized knits to slouchy layers and chunky boots, her wardrobe is proof that comfort and style can go hand in hand. And at a recent private screening for the new season four of The Traitors, she reminded us once again why her look is so easy to copy.

Stepping out in a relaxed grey jumper, jeans and boots, Claudia finished her outfit with a pair of fingerless wrist warmers, an accessory she’s rarely without. Fans of the show will know she often wears them on the show, usually paired with chunky jumpers and long coats as she prowls around the Scottish Highlands.

After a bit of digging, we’re pretty confident we’ve tracked down the exact pair. Claudia appears to be wearing Brora’s 100% Scottish cashmere wrist warmers in sorrel, priced at £65. They come in 10 colours, from dark shades like Claudia’s favourite deep green, black and navy, to more colourful hues like pink, sky blue and a deep magenta.

Wrist warmers like these are a practical alternative to gloves, especially if you’re constantly on your phone, carrying bags or need your fingers free. They keep your hands warm without the faff of taking gloves on and off, which is probably why Claudia wears them so often on screen to dish out tasks and deal with The Faithfuls.

At £65, they’re not the cheapest accessory around, but cashmere is known for being warm without feeling bulky, and it tends to last well if looked after. And it appears shoppers have plenty of good things to say about them. One customer wrote: “Luxuriously warm, classically stylish and practical wrist warmers. Wonderful pop of colour and cosiness in the drabness and chill of winter.” While another person added: “I absolutely love my new fingerless gloves from Brora. As always so luxurious and thick – no thin cashmere in sight!”

The item is one size and it’s not clear their exact measurements: One user said they were a tight fit, writing: “Gorgeous cashmere, beautiful colour, good tight fit.” And another person shared: “The cuff on the fingers holds them in place really nicely.”
