‘Divine’ Gucci perfume with thousands of five-star reviews has £40 off

Shoppers have been snapping up a luxury parfume for her that’s currently at a massive discount with Boots. While Christmas is almost over, there’s still time for buyers to treat themselves by adding a unique, floral scent to their fragrance collection.

The Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine For Her Eau de Parfum (50ml) is currently priced at £59, down from £99, saving an impressive £40. Available in a 50ml size, Gucci describes its fragrance as starting with refreshing hints of citrus followed by a distinguishing body of jasmines and magnolias, before being drawn to a close with a warm woody base.

The brand says its scent is ‘a beautiful portrayal of elegance, femininity and joy’, that’s ideal for day or night, with shoppers praising that ‘it smells divine’. It is presented in an elegant turquoise bottle with a gold cap and atomizer on top.

The floral pattern on the front brings a vintage appeal while adding some gorgeous colour to the packaging, making it gift-ready. The brand recommends applying the perfume to the skin at the wrist, neck, and chest for lasting wear.

As an alternative, shoppers could look at the Cashmere 100ml Perfume from Next, currently priced at £16. With options available for 10, 30, and 50ml too, this perfume brings a floral, woody-focused scent, packaged in a stylish round bottle, with specific notes of rose, bergamot, and incense.

Buyers could also check out Amazon’s Lancôme La Vie est Belle Perfume for Women, currently priced at £85.60, down from £127 for 100ml. According to Amazon, more than 1,000 have been bought in the past month, and it has received an average rating of 4.7 out of five over its nearly 24,000 reviews.

There’s also a variant available in 75ml for £108, although there’s no discount at the moment. The scent features notes of iris, patchouli and warm vanilla, Amazon says.

Back to the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine For Her Eau de Parfum from Boots. Shoppers loved the scent, with one saying: “Love this perfume, it smells divine. I sprayed it once (and) kept going back to spray again. Now I just go back to it, it’s fab.”

Another added: “Fresh floral fragrance, I love this for evening or day wear. Also love the pretty bottle! My favourite.”

A third said: “A lovely jasmine-based fragrance. Exactly as advertised.”

Some shoppers left feedback, however, as one found the perfume might not be ideal for those that prefer a lighter scent. They said: “Refreshing perfume. If you don’t like a strong perfume, it’s not for you – also very floral.”

Another added: “My wife loves the smell! It’s a bit expensive but is definitely worth it!”
