Dylan Sprouse and Wife Barbara Palvin Expecting First Child Together

Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are going to be parents!

The former “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” star, 33, and his model wife, 32, announced they are expecting their first child together on Instagram May 14.

The couple uploaded a joint post that included a sonogram image of a baby’s hand cutely making a “rock on” symbol. A second image showed Dylan Sprouse and Palvin’s hands jokingly making the same gesture.

TODAY.com has reached out to Dylan Sprouse and Palvin’s reps for a comment.

The couple’s announcement comes the same day Palvin debuted a baby bump when she accompanied Dylan Sprouse to the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

Palvin posed for photographs while wearing a light blue floor-length dress that accentuated her bump. Dressed in a dark tuxedo, Dylan Sprouse placed his arm around his bride in several pictures.

The two also sweetly cradled her baby bump together in a few snaps.

After five years of dating, Dylan Sprouse and Palvin tied the knot in July 2023 in a ceremony at the model’s parents’ property on the island of Harlekin Birtok in Hungary, Vogue reported at the time.

They exchanged their vows in front of 115 guests in the same Albertirsa church where Palvin’s parents married more than three decades before.

Dylan Sprouse and Palvin got engaged in September 2022.

They publicly confirmed their engagement in a June 2023 interview in V Magazine conducted by Dylan Sprouse’s twin brother, former “Riverdale” star Cole Sprouse.

“We’ve been dating for five years, officially, but we actually met like eight months before at an event,” Palvin shared.

Though sparks flew at that initial meeting, the model later “ghosted” her future groom.

Six months later, she messaged him to suggest the pair meet up in New York.

The “After We Collided” actor responded by saying he had plans to travel to China. Palvin told him she would be in China at the same time to work on a fashion campaign.

When the two finally reconnected, they discovered they shared a sense of humor and a love for “Naruto,” an animated series based on the Japanese manga books of the same name.

“I can tell you the moment I fell in love,” Palvin recalled during the interview. “We started talking about ‘Naruto’ and then he did an impersonation.”

“Oh, yeah. I impersonated Akamaru, he does this spin attack,” Dylan Sprouse remembered.

Added Palvin, “He was like, ‘Akamaru!’ and jumped and turned in the air to land on the bed. And I filmed it in slow motion. It’s my favorite video.”
