Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, and the late Eric Dane return alongside newcomers Sharon Stone, Rosalía, and more
Chaos ensues in the latest trailer for Euphoria Season Three, set to release on HBO April 12.
It’s been more than four years since audiences last saw the crew get together and the reunion is shaping up to be what nightmares and lucid dreams are made of. Rue (Zendaya) is swallowing bags of unknown drugs and being interrogated by officers in Mexico. Jules (Hunter Schafer) is trying to make it as an artist while moonlighting as a sugar baby, crossing paths with Cal (the late Eric Dane). There are also glimpses of a bloody bone saw, a fire, and a wild police chase.
Meanwhile, Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) is living out life as a cam girl and her husband, Nate (Jacob Elordi) appears to be targeted by an old frenemy. And in one of the most diabolical parts of the clip, Maddy (Alexa Demie) comes back into their lives. “I’m gonna tell you something that might make you angry,” Cassie says to Nate over dinner. “Maddy’s been helping me.” “My Maddy?” Nate replies and Cassie reminds him that she was her BFF first.
Elsewhere, Lexi (Maude Apatow) is in Hollywood and rightfully asking, “What is wrong with you people?” A description of the show teases, “A group of childhood friends wrestle with the virtue of faith, the possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil.” Colman Domingo, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry, and Dominic Fike are also set to return alongside newcomers Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Eli Roth, and more.
The upcoming season will be the first since the death of Angus Cloud, who played Fezco, in July 2023, and the death of Dane, who died in February following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
