Next shoppers rush to buy cardigans for £10.50 each

Cardigans are a great option as a warming extra layer during the winter months, especially when you don’t want to reach for a bulky knitted jumper. And one set of fine knit cardigans from Next has been praised by shoppers, not only for their “fantastic quality”, but also for their “great value”.

The set of three cardigans is just £31.50, which means you’re spending just £10.50 per cardigan, which is quite the steal, reports The Mirror. The cardigans are all the same cut, style and material, but come in three different colours for extra versatility: plum, dark pink, and brown. Previously, they were also available in a two-pack and a four-pack; however, they’ve rapidly sold out (and, by the looks of things, the three-pack could be next to follow).

If you don’t like the colour options, Next also sells similar sets in a variety of patterns and hues. They also range from two- to four-packs. At a slightly higher price point, the brand has a four-pack of cardigans in a range of shades of blue (cream, baby blue, classic blue and navy) for £40. These are in a similar cut and style to the set of three cardigans.

The cardigans are described as being a fine knit, although according to the Next website, they are actually made from 83% viscose and 17% nylon. They all have a classic crew neck, making them great for wearing over t-shirts and buttoning up the front.

In a review, one Next shopper said: “Excellent value for money, and I needed classics to go under my jackets or just casual for shopping. Lovely knitwear. Very happy and always am with Next.”

Another shopper added: “Fantastic quality cardigans, and a bargain.” While someone else said they are “good quality for the price” and were pleased to see the colours were as described.

However, one customer said they were disappointed with the sizing. They wrote: “They were very small in size and far to short.”

Alternatively, if you prefer something with a pattern, Next offers a similar two-pack of cardigans (though the fabric is a little bit different, primarily crafted from polyester, acrylic, nylon and wool). This time, the knits come in a plain navy shade and an eye-catching navy and cream stripe pattern. This pair stand out even more thanks to their pretty gold buttons.
