For a photoshoot with The Hollywood Reporter, Olivia Munn wowed everyone with her stunning all-black outfit by Lanvin for the magazine’s Women in Entertainment issue. The star got her entire styling from Yael Quint and was filmed by Marco A. Roman, thus displaying the Fall 2025 line designed by Peter Copping.

Munn’s outfit is phenomenal, and it is receiving a lot of attention. The actress and presenter shared a picture from the Hollywood Reporter feature, and it’s all about the drama of high fashion. She’s dressed in full Lanvin, more precisely the Fall 2025 collection led by designer Peter Copping. The splendid look was made by stylist Yael Quint and the one capturing the images was photographer Marco A. Roman.

The image depicts the blend of black and white in a very classy manner. Munn is in a magnificent black dress and all the eyes are drawn towards her. The dress gives off the rich feeling of the brand and it is made in a way that one can feel the luxury. It is the type of moment that unites the grace of vintage Hollywood and a very up-to-date and strong aura. The Women’s in Entertainment issue of THR featuring regular imprint of the most powerful personalities in the industry is the highlight.

Post reactions were as expected floods of admiration. Unending comments were made about Munn’s timeless beauty. One person commented, ‘You’re always gonna be beautiful Olivia it comes from within,’ thus reinforcing the usual viewpoint that her beauty is beyond the clothes. Another one simply said, ‘Elegant and very beautiful,’ which perfectly summed up the general opinion.

There were still some comments that were not directed to the actress but the clothes. One person made it joke-like by pointing out a design detail in the back that was bothering him a lot. ‘Why they put a white baseboard on a natural wood paneled wall, is beyond me,’ the user said thus acknowledging that even the most flawless fashion picture will always have a tiny detail that someone will criticize. It is a normal internet behavior.

The most creative response, however, came from a movie buff with a big idea. ‘I really hope you aim for the next James Bond movie,’ the comment opened. ‘You as a Villain or the illustrious Madam 16… would be a match made in 007 heaven.’ This fan was referring to a character from one of the Anthony Horowitz continuation novels, suggesting that Munn’s chic and powerful presence in Lanvin was that of Bond villain. It’s an intriguing casting that reveals how one photo can really unleash the imagination.

Although there were a lot of praises, one user had a very specific and a little funny observation. ‘I opened my phone and thought I was looking at Olivia Rodrigo if that answers any questions,’ they said, pointing to the younger singer-songwriter. That was a case of confusion which highlighted how a strong pose or a particular angle can make even the most recognizable faces be momentarily indistinguishable.

Olivian Munn’s career has been a perfect blend of entertainment, presenting, and advocacy making her the ideal candidate for a Women in Entertainment honor. Therefore, this Lanvin feature is another polished point along that trajectory. The look is assertive, the photos are vivid, and the reactions—ranging from praises and admiration to architectural criticism and even spy movie fantasies—are clear signs that she created a moment that was worth discussing. In other words, fashion did exactly what it was meant to do: make a statement and ignite a conversation, even if at times it strays into the realm of baseboard aesthetics. Her experience as a mother adds another dimension to her public persona, while she has also spoken candidly about the challenges of parenthood.
