Legendary Queen guitarist Brian May has said the band will not tour in the US any time soon, saying it has become “a dangerous place”.
The band has not played a show since February 2014, but it appears that if they were to announce new gigs they would not be stateside.
In comments to the Daily Mail, Sir Brian said: “America is a dangerous place at the moment, so you have to take that into account.
“It’s very sad because I feel like Queen grew up in America and we love it, but it’s not what it was.
“Everyone is thinking twice about going there at the moment.”
It comes as concerns about extra checks at the border and political tensions appear to be deterring travellers from visiting America.

Sir Brian also said he would not play at Glastonbury Festival next year, despite it being in the UK and not the US.
This, he says, is because he disagrees with the practice of badger culling in farming.
