Taylor Swift Attends Travis Kelce’s Last Chiefs Home Game on Christmas

Taylor Swift spent Christmas Day supporting her fiancé, Travis Kelce, at his Kansas City Chiefs game against the Denver Broncos.

The pop superstar, 36, was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, on Thursday, December 25, as Kelce, also 36, played his final home game of the 2025-2026 NFL season. She was briefly spotted entering the stadium after kickoff, rocking an oversized red leather jacket over an all-black ensemble, where she was joined mom Andrea and brother Austin. Kelce’s mother, Donna, was also present for the game.

Thursday’s game could also be Kelce’s last time playing in Arrowhead Stadium, though he’s yet to make a formal decision about retirement.

“I think I’m still searching for those answers. The way this [season[ ended with a sour taste in my mouth,” Kelce said in a prerecorded interview with Tony Gonzalez. “I need to make the right decision for me. … I feel like I have a lot of love for this game. If I came back, it’d just be to answer that flame that I still love this thing. If it was just Sundays, I could play ‘till I was 50. Obviously, there’s so much that goes into it.”

Taylor Swift has loved being the girl in the bleachers amid her blossoming romance with Travis Kelce. Swift made her first appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023, watching them defeat the Chicago Bears from the Kelce family’s private suite. After cheering alongside the tight end’s mom, Donna Kelce, she and Travis […]

The Chiefs have one more game to play against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium before their season ends. For the first time since 2014, Kelce and his teammates did not make the playoffs after their December 14 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. (Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes also suffered a season-ending injury when he tore his ACL during the game.)

Travis shared an emotional reaction to the Chiefs’ latest blow during the December 17 episode of his and brother Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast.

“We got three games left … the integrity of who you are as a professional, as a player, you gotta love this s***, man. And Chiefs Kingdom, we’re gonna give you everything we got. There’s no question about that,” he told fans. “There’s only one way I do things, there’s only one way Coach Reid does things, and if we’re gonna go out there and play some football, we’re gonna do it the right way and keep trying to get these things fixed and end on the highest note we can.”

While Travis acknowledged that being eliminated from the playoffs is “unfamiliar territory” for some of his teammates, he’s been in this position before.

“I’m the only one that’s been on the team long enough to see us not make the playoffs or to play a game that [ends that way]. You know, it’s obviously f***ed up, but it’s a new feeling. So all I know is to go out there and play my ass off and to show up, and you know, give my guys the best chance to win. And I think that’s the mentality,” he said. “There’s an integrity thing here that when you sign up for the gig, you’re living out your dreams, you’re living out a kid’s dream that never got a chance to do this.”

He added: “You’re playing this game, obviously to win Super Bowls. You’re playing this game to be in those playoff scenarios and stuff, but at the end of the day, man, you’re playing in the NFL. And that’s a f***ing blessing. That’s an honor.”

With rumors about Travis’ potential retirement swirling, he insisted to reporters in November that he “won’t be thinking about” his decision until “the end of the season.”

As Travis prepares to close out his season with the Chiefs, Swift reflected on their relationship in her End of an Era docuseries, gushing during a Friday, December 19, episode that her now-fiancé “comes to life when the lights are the brightest.”

“People talk about that all the time with him. They’re like, ‘The moment’s never too big for Travis. The lights are never too bright for Travis,’” she shared while recalling his Eras Tour cameo. “As a player he can, like, slow down time in the most stressful moments, and that’s exactly what we saw on stage. He got out there and was the most charming, delightful performer you could ever be on the stage with. Like, his instincts, he’s just so magically entertaining.”
