Trinny London fans praise new primer that ‘blurs out’ deep wrinkles

Trinny London’s new smoother primer is being called ‘amazing’ by shoppers for its ability to blur out deep wrinkles and fine lines. The Miracle Blur Diffuser is now priced at £28 on Trinny London, the beauty brand set up by Trinny Woodall in 2017.

This lightweight balm/gel hybrid aims to provide an instantly softened, smooth appearance, making skin look flawless whether worn alone or under makeup. Ideal for normal to dry skin, it’s a multitasking primer that hydrates, evens texture, and creates a soft-focus finish for a polished, radiant look.

The 9ml primer uses ‘advanced blurring technology’ to instantly smooth pores, fine lines, and uneven skin texture. Its translucent, silky balm-gel formula can be applied around the face, eyes, and lips for targeted softening.

Enriched with powerhouse ingredient hyaluronic acid, Trinny London says it can deliver 24 hours of hydration, leaving skin feeling soft and supple. Wear it alone for a natural glow or under foundation to enhance makeup longevity, creating a flawless, blurred effect that 88% of users agreed noticeably improves skin texture.

LookFantastic alternatively has the Oskia Nutri-Active Day Cream (40ml) for £70. This is a lightweight, nutrient rich day cream that is said to hydrate the skin and minimise the appearance of fine lines.

M&S then has the Revive Eye Serum Ginseng Retinal 30ml for £12, reduced from £15. This is a treatment for the sensitive areas around the eye, which targets wrinkles with the help of ingredients like ginseng extract and retinal.

Trinny London’s Miracle Blur Diffuser has been rated a high 4.9 out of five stars by shoppers. One customer said: “I have some deep wrinkles above my brow area and lip area and this really blurs them out. It’s making a huge difference. A fab product – my new go to.”

Another wrote: “Amazing! Glides on and doesn’t clump. I wanted to love the original miracle blur but couldn’t make it work. Miracle Blur Diffuser is a game changer. It softens my lines and makes me feel more confident.” A third commented: “Lightweight and perfect for smoothing pores and fine lines on days where I like to wear less makeup but want flawless looking skin.”

Some people disagreed slightly, like one who said: “Got a shock seeing how small the tube was when it arrived! Didn’t expect it to be the size of a BFF – but somewhere between the two would have been nice! Lovely product but not sure it’s affordable! Please don’t price Trinny London out of reach.” Another said as part of their review: “It smelt a little weird, maybe a smell of vanilla, I’m not sure but I didn’t like it, it was quite strong.”
