Kammann sisters pace Bemidji State at SMSU Spring Challenge

Mar. 16—LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. — The Bemidji State women’s golf team finished 10th at the SMSU Spring Challenge, held at the Wigwam Golf Complex in Litchfield Park, Arizona, on Thursday and Friday.
The Beavers combined for a team score of 697 (341-356). Sisters Haylee and Lauren Kammann paced the Beavers, each shooting 169 to tie for 31st.

Sophomore Lauren Kammann carded 169 after shooting 81 on Day 1 and 88 on Day 2, while junior Haylee Kammann carded 85 in her first round and shot 84 in her second. They were followed by Sara Sroga, who shot 177 (89-88), while Bailey Tilley shot 182 (86-96) and Kaitlyn Reeves shot 227 (106-121).
The Beavers will not play until April 6-7 when they resume the spring season at the Augustana Spring Invitational at the Elmwood Golf Course in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
