Soulé likely to miss Genoa match

Malen alone isn’t enough to secure the Champions League place for Roma, a goal they’ve been missing for seven long years at Trigoria.

The Dutch striker has quickly become the team’s top scorer, joining Soulé on six goals.

The Argentine, who missed the last match against Juventus due to groin pain, hopes to return to the pitch as soon as possible to help his teammates achieve their stated goal from the start of the season: finishing in the top four.

According to Il Messaggero, the goal is to return to the field as soon as possible, but doctors continue to recommend rest.

He will almost certainly also miss the trip to Genoa in six days.

The former Juventus and Frosinone player, however, aims to return for the first leg of the Europa League round of 16 against Bologna, or, at the latest, for the crucial match against Como.
