This weekend, movie stars will head across the pond to attend the 2026 BAFTAs.
The ceremony, which will mark the 79th British Academy Film Awards, celebrates the best national and foreign language films of the past year. Actor and “The Traitors” host Alan Cumming is set to emcee the event, held at the Royal Festival Hall in London.

For the 2026 ceremony, “One Battle After Another” leads the field with 14 nominations. “Sinners” and “Hamnet” closely follow with 13 and 11 each, respectively.
Timothée Chalamet, Michael B. Jordan, Robert Aramayo, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke and Jesse Plemons all scored nominations in the leading actor category.
